This page explains what happens, and what doesn't, when you browse yesmotor-inventory.com, the online vehicle inventory for YES MOTOR, 4910 W Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32808.

The short version

Browsing this site is anonymous. There are no accounts and no sign-ups, and simply looking at vehicles asks nothing of you — no name, no phone number, no email.

There is exactly one place on this domain that collects personal information, and you have to go looking for it: the credit application at /apply. Nothing is collected there unless you choose to fill it in and submit it. How that information is handled is described in its own section below.

What stays on your device

The site saves a few small preferences directly in your browser's local storage so it remembers them between visits: your saved favorites list, your preferred grid layout, and your language choice. It also uses short-lived session storage for things like whether you've already seen a swipe hint. None of this is sent to us, to YES MOTOR, or to anyone else. It lives only on your device, and you can clear it anytime through your browser's settings.

If you start the credit application, an unfinished draft of it is saved the same way so you can close the tab and come back. Your Social Security number and any photos you attached are deliberately left out of that draft, so they never sit in a browser someone else might use. The whole draft is deleted when you submit, and the form offers a "Start over" button that erases it on the spot.

We do not use tracking cookies, and this site does not set any cookies of its own.

Behavioral analytics

The site's code includes a lightweight event log (things like "a vehicle detail page was opened" or "a WhatsApp button was clicked") that currently exists only inside your own browser session. It is not transmitted to a server or stored anywhere by us. If that changes in the future, so that anonymized, aggregate demand signals (for example, "this truck got 40 detail views this week") start being recorded to help us manage inventory, this policy will be updated first. Any such record is designed to explicitly exclude names, phone numbers, emails, or any other personal identifier; see our internal Click Intelligence design notes for the exact field-level rules we hold ourselves to.

Third parties involved in showing you this page

The credit application

If you fill in the credit application at /apply, you are giving us the information a lender needs to make a financing decision: your name, contact details, a photo of your ID, address and employment history, the vehicle you are interested in, and any trade-in. If you add a co-buyer, the same information about them.

We ask for as little as we can. The form no longer collects your date of birth or a home phone number: the date of birth is legible on the ID you photograph, and the home number is almost always the mobile number you already gave us.

Social Security number

The field is there by default, because most applicants have one and lenders need it to pull credit. If you don't have one, there is a switch that says so, and the form asks for another government ID number instead — a passport, ITIN, consular ID, or residence card. Not having a Social Security number is a supported answer here, not a dead end.

Photos

A photo of your driver's license or other government ID is required; it replaces typing the number and is how we confirm who you are. Photos of a trade-in vehicle are required only if you have one to trade. Photos are resized inside your own browser before they are sent, are encrypted with everything else, and are used only to verify your identity and to appraise the trade. We do not publish them, and they are not used in any advertising.

How it is protected

Your application is encrypted the instant it reaches our server, using a key whose other half exists only on a computer inside the dealership. Our web host cannot read it. Neither can we, until it is opened at the dealership. If someone were to break into the hosting account, the server, or the storage where applications wait, what they would find is unreadable ciphertext.

The form itself deliberately does not save your Social Security number or any photo you attach in your browser. Everything else you type is kept in your own browser's storage so you can finish later, and it is erased once you submit.

How long it is kept and who sees it

Applications are collected by the dealership and removed from online storage automatically no more than 120 days after they are submitted. They are seen by YES MOTOR finance staff and shared with the financial institutions you authorize us to submit to when you check the credit authorization box. We do not sell applications, and we do not share them with anyone who is not part of arranging your financing.

Text-message consent is separate and optional. The application submits with both message boxes unchecked; checking them is your choice, and you can reply STOP at any time.

Children's privacy

This site is a vehicle inventory listing intended for adults shopping for a car and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy
